“Unbelievable: Dog Gives Birth to 15 Puppies in a Single Delivery”

Natasha White and Alicia Copping from Coventry, West Midlands, UK were eagerly awaiting the arrival of their dog Romy’s litter last week. However, they were truly surprised when Romy gave birth to a total of 15 puppies, while the average litter size for a hunting dog is 9 puppies.
At just 3 years old, Romy has been working hard to produce enough milk for her large litter. Meanwhile, Natasha and Alicia had to prepare additional bottles of milk to ensure that all the puppies were fed and satisfied.

According to Natasha White, “We checked Romy with an ultrasound when she was 4 weeks pregnant and we thought we only saw about 8 puppies. We were really happy when each puppy was born, although both of us were shocked when Romy kept giving birth. Romy walked around the garden after giving birth to the 10th puppy and began to feel exhausted. But that wasn’t enough, just 2 hours later, Romy gave birth to 5 more puppies. The last puppy born was the heaviest and took a lot of effort for Romy to deliver.”

Romy did an excellent job giving birth, and her two owners believe that their beloved dog knew exactly what she was doing and proved to be a great mother. There are a total of 15 puppies, including 10 females and 5 males. Natasha White and Alicia Copping feed them once every two hours. Natasha mentioned that even though the puppies are only 11 days old and haven’t even opened their eyes yet, they have already shown their unique personalities. Both owners are also struggling to come up with names for all 15 puppies.
