This mother cat is unstoppable in her determination to be with her kittens, even after surviving a near-fatal blow. Sawyers Gully, an animal rescue organization in Australia, received a missed call from a concerned woman who claimed that her neighbor had killed the mother cat while she was feeding her and her kittens. Despite this tragedy, the mother cat’s love for her babies remained unbroken.
After the mother cat was brutally attacked and left lying on the ground, something incredible occurred the following day. She was later named Princess, and with her hind legs paralyzed, she managed to crawl back to the spot where she had left her kittens, using only her front paws. Walton noted that it would take a while for the Princess to make the journey on her front legs alone. However, nothing could deter her from reuniting with her beloved youngsters.
The Princess, who had been lost and abandoned, was finally found by the RSPCA. Her dream of being reunited with her kittens came true as well. Fortunately, the Princess was microchipped and the original owner was located. However, they decided to surrender the cat family because it was improbable that the paralyzed Princess would find a home. After hearing their story and understanding their situation, Walton was keen on taking care of the entire cat family and giving them a new home. As a result, the whole family was rescued from their plight.
At the rescue center in Walton, there is currently a family of cats. Unfortunately, the mother cat, known as the Princess, has been left paralyzed for life. This means she is unable to go to the bathroom without assistance. As a result, she requires special care and will remain at her new permanent home in Sawyer for the rest of her life. Despite her condition, she is currently taking care of her kittens until they are old enough to move on.
